It pairs naturally with The Make-Ahead Thanksgiving workshops, or stands on its own for anyone who wants local farm food on the table without the running around.

With or without the turkey
Choose your box size, then choose your turkey. Already have a bird, or roasting a breast or a ham? Take the box without one. Want leftovers? Choose a larger bird.

The turkeys come from Goffle Road Poultry Farm: free-roaming Nicholas birds hatched and raised in Pennsylvania and freshly processed at the farm in Wyckoff, NJ. They're all natural, with no hormones, steroids, preservatives or animal by-products. They arrive fresh and "crusted," meaning the outer layer is just frozen so they travel safely.
Pickup
Pre-order only. Turkeys are ordered from the farm in your name, so boxes with a turkey close Sunday, November 1. Boxes without a turkey close Sunday, November 15. Pickup at Pierrepont Farm, Far Hills, NJ, on Monday, November 23 or Tuesday, November 24. Bring a cooler if you have a drive ahead.
Please note: Our box is driven by what is best from local farms. Individual ingredients may shift slightly according to seasonal availability. Allergens include dairy, eggs, soy and tree nuts (chestnuts).
