Fleurish is rooted in curiosity and brought to life through experience.

We plant, grow, cook, taste, preserve, travel, gather and meet growers and artisans. Along the way, we learn where things come from, how they’re made, and how season, place and process shape what ultimately reaches our table and our home.

Rooted at Pierrepont Farm and inspired by discoveries farther afield, Fleurish follows the journey from earth to table — putting what we learn into practice through recipes, workshops, gatherings and thoughtfully sourced goods. We take cues from what surrounds us, letting the season and the landscape shape what we cook, make, and bring to the table
