Join Rebecca Casey of Fleurish and Brian Hider of Plucky Wines for an immersive evening exploring the remarkable relationship between food, flavor, and wine.

Set against the backdrop of Pierrepont Farm in Far Hills, New Jersey, guests will be guided through a thoughtfully curated tasting journey featuring exceptional wines paired with seasonal bites designed to reveal how aroma, texture, acidity, sweetness, salt, and flavor can dramatically alter the experience of a wine.

As we move through each pairing, you’ll discover firsthand how the same glass can express entirely different characteristics depending on what accompanies it—revealing new dimensions of fruit, minerality, structure, and balance.

This is not a traditional wine tasting. It is an interactive sensory experience designed to inspire curiosity, conversation, and a deeper appreciation for the art of pairing food and wine.

A Note About Wine Purchases

Curated Wine Collection
Through the Palate is presented in partnership with Plucky Wines. In accordance with New Jersey ABC regulations, featured wines are purchased separately through the wine shop. Following registration, guests will receive access to a curated selection of wines chosen specifically for the experience, which will be shipped for you to enjoy during the event. Featured wines are expected to range from $30–$50 per bottle.

 Your ticket includes the guided sensory experience and all food pairings.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is wine included with my ticket?

No. Wine is purchased separately through Plucky Wines in accordance with New Jersey ABC regulations.  Please indicate your wine should be delivered via "Bulk Delivery Pierrepont Farm Event"

Do I need to purchase every wine?

No. Guests are encouraged to purchase one or more featured wines to enjoy during the experience.

Will wine be available for pickup at the event?

Yes. Wines ordered through Plucky Wines will be delivered to the event for your convenience.

What is included in my ticket?

Your ticket includes admission to Through the Palate, guided wine education, all seasonal food pairings, and the complete sensory experience.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please contact us prior to the event. While we will do our best to accommodate dietary needs, some pairings may contain dairy, gluten, nuts, or other allergens.

Is seating assigned?

This is a guided walk-around tasting experience. Guests will move through a series of sensory pairing stations throughout the evening.
