Through thoughtfully paired wines and seasonal bites, guests will discover how the subtle elements of taste and smell—from acidity and sweetness to aroma, texture, and salt—can reveal unexpected dimensions and entirely new expressions within the same glass.
Hosted by Rebecca Casey of Fleurish and Brian Hider of Plucky Wines, this immersive evening invites guests to explore the remarkable relationship between food and wine through a series of thoughtfully curated sensory pairings.
Set against the backdrop of Pierrepont Farm, guests will move through a guided tasting experience featuring exceptional wines, seasonal ingredients, and conversations designed to inspire curiosity, connection, and discovery.

Is wine included with my ticket?
No. Wine purchases are made separately through Plucky Wines in accordance with New Jersey ABC regulations.
How do I purchase wine?
Following registration, guests will receive instructions and links to purchase featured wines directly through Plucky Wines.
Do I need to purchase every wine?
No. Guests are encouraged to purchase one or more featured wines to enjoy during the experience.
Will wine be available for pickup at the event?
Yes. Featured wines purchased in advance through Plucky Wines will be shipped to the event for your convenience.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please contact us prior to the event. While we will do our best to accommodate dietary needs, some pairings may contain dairy, gluten, nuts, or other allergens.
Is seating assigned?
No. Through the Palate is a guided walk-around tasting experience.
