Join us at Fleurish for a hands-on workshop focused on creating a practical and beautiful herb garden for your patio, porch, or outdoor kitchen.

We will discuss herb selection, planting techniques, and how to harvest and cook with herbs throughout the season.  This is a great workshop to give as a Mother's Day gift.

6 herbs per pot, two pots for a full herb collection.  Make as many as you wish for a great Mother's Day Gift!

*This workshop is timed according to NJ frost-free date so that we can include frost-sensitive plants such as basil.  Most herbs in the collection are perennials and will reward you year after year.

During the workshop we will:

• choose herbs suited for patio gardens

• design and plant a container herb garden

• sample food cooked with fresh herbs

• discuss harvesting and cooking with herbs

Guests will leave with:

•planted herb containers

• guidance on care, harvesting and seasonal protection

• ideas and recipes for cooking with fresh herbs
